Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading building materials and tools at job sites.
- Perform general cleanup and site maintenance duties.
- Operate basic construction equipment under supervision (e.g., forklift, jackhammer).
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Transport materials between storage areas and work zones.
- Help skilled tradespeople with various tasks as directed by the Site Foreman.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is necessary; we value attitude and work ethic over experience.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory.
