Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in clearing, digging, and preparing job sites to ensure smooth operations.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize lumber, steel, concrete, and other construction materials.
- Tool Operation: Operate power tools and hand tools under the supervision of skilled tradesmen.
- Assistance: Support electricians, plumbers, and carpenters with installation and setup tasks.
- Quality Control: Help maintain high standards by keeping work areas clean and organized.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs frequently and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
