Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and equipment setup under supervision
- Conduct routine inspections and identify potential safety hazards
- Use hand/power tools safely and maintain a clean work environment
- Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols strictly
- Document work progress and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and occasional overtime
