Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential and commercial installations
- Learn and apply electrical safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely
- Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures
- Participate in job site cleanup and organization
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends
- Basic math skills for calculations and measurements
