Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting materials on and off construction sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Clean and prepare construction sites, ensuring debris is removed and areas are organized.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to blueprints and specifications.
- Perform general site maintenance and support during all phases of construction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills.
- Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen.
