Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials at the job site efficiently.
- Site Preparation: Clear debris, dig trenches, and prepare surfaces for construction activities.
- Equipment Assistance: Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Trade Support: Assist carpenters, electricians, and other skilled trades with various tasks as needed.
- Tool Maintenance: Inspect and clean tools and equipment before and after use.
Qualifications
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid government-issued ID and social security card.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to and from the job site.
- Safety Mindset: Willingness to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Availability: Reliable attendance and availability for full-time shifts (early mornings or evenings).
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
