Responsibilities
- Excavate, lift, and move construction materials using heavy machinery and hand tools
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) under strict safety protocols
- Assist in site preparation, demolition, and concrete pouring operations
- Perform cleanup and debris removal to maintain OSHA compliance
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or heavy labor experience preferred
