Responsibilities
- Assist Trades: Support skilled craft professionals (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various onsite tasks.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Site Maintenance: Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Basic Operations: Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Manual Labor: Perform digging, lifting, carrying, and other physical tasks required for project completion.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Needed: We are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic who are willing to learn.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance is mandatory.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
- Team Player: Must work well in a collaborative environment and support fellow crew members.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
