Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with various electrical installation and maintenance tasks.
- Perform basic site preparation, including excavation, digging, and trenching.
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Install electrical wiring, conduits, and fixtures under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Test electrical systems to ensure proper functionality using basic diagnostic tools.
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical equipment and tools.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior experience required; we provide the training.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Strong desire to learn and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
