Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions provided by foremen.
- Perform minor site preparation and cleanup duties to ensure project timelines are met.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and work on your feet for long periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work a full-time schedule, including weekends or overtime if necessary.
- No prior experience required; trade school or apprenticeship is a plus.
