Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on construction sites, including digging, hauling, and cleaning.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with setup, teardown, and material handling.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety guidelines and site regulations to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and distribute them to job sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety equipment is a plus but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Ability to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods.
