Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and earthmoving operations under supervisor guidance
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and skid steers (training provided)
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting safety barriers
- Mix concrete, pour foundations, and install formwork systems
- Perform material handling and inventory management at designated sites
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or industrial labor experience
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong teamwork and verbal communication skills
