Responsibilities

- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with precision and safety protocols
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Assist skilled tradesmen in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to meet OSHA standards
- Adhere to strict safety guidelines for night shift operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience or equivalent training
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Flexibility to work 10-hour night shifts (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Reliable transportation to Northside San Antonio job sites
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Preferred: Forklift certification or welding experience
