Responsibilities
- Operate Construction Equipment: Safely load, unload, and prepare construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Site Preparation: Assist in excavation, leveling, and preparing job sites for concrete pouring and framing.
- Skill Application: Perform basic tasks related to framing, drywall, painting, or electrical assistance depending on assigned trade.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets project specifications and quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively under the direction of foremen and project managers.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects and standing on feet.
- Valid ID: Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
