Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Load/unload construction equipment and supplies safely
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per safety standards
- Perform physical tasks (digging, lifting, carrying) up to 50 lbs
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and hazard reporting
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Participate in daily team briefings and safety meetings
Qualifications
- No experience required - we provide paid training
- Ability to work 10-12 hour night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work in outdoor/variable conditions
