Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications accurately
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with tradespeople to ensure seamless project progression
- Conduct site inspections and report maintenance needs
- Manage material inventory and optimize workflow logistics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial construction experience required
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM) with weekend flexibility
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid WA driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
