Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and earthmoving operations under night supervision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with OSHA certification compliance
- Install and dismantle scaffolding, formwork, and temporary structures
- Maintain strict adherence to nighttime safety protocols and traffic control measures
- Assist in concrete pouring, finishing, and curing processes
- Perform material handling and inventory management in low-light conditions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet aggressive project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour Construction certification
- Class A CDL license or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficient with power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills)
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and construction schematics
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM) with weekend flexibility
