Responsibilities
- Assist project managers and skilled tradespeople with daily site operations and material handling.
- Prepare construction sites by digging, leveling, and clearing debris.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform routine site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with crew members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be willing and able to work Night Shift schedules (e.g., 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- No specific construction experience required; we value attitude and work ethic.
