Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in the preparation of construction sites, including cleaning, digging, and setting up equipment.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site safely and efficiently.
- Equipment Support: Operate and maintain basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Quality Control: Help ensure work meets project specifications and safety standards.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (various shifts available).
- Physical Stamina: Must be physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous construction or labor experience is a plus but not strictly required.
- Reliability: Must demonstrate a strong work ethic and punctuality.
- Tools: Ability to use basic hand tools is preferred.
