Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, grading, and leveling.
- Load, unload, and stack building materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools (experience preferred).
- Measure, cut, and shape materials to meet strict project specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform routine inspections of tools and equipment and report issues.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific instructions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for measuring lengths and angles.
- Willingness to work flexible night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
