As a Laborer, you will play a vital role in our daily operations, working alongside skilled tradespeople to ensure our projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various tasks, including framing, drywall hanging, painting, and concrete work.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and organize job sites efficiently.
- Operate power tools and construction equipment safely and correctly.
- Perform general cleanup of the work area to maintain a safe and professional environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents.
- Transport tools and materials between job sites as directed.
- Perform physical labor, including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience in construction labor is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
