Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, preparation, and teardown of construction sites and job locations.
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment to various work areas.
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, hauling, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
- Ensure the work site remains clean, organized, and safe by adhering to OSHA guidelines.
- Operate hand tools and power tools under the supervision of experienced crew members.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is necessary; we are looking for candidates eager to learn.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Valid ID and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
