Responsibilities
- Perform general construction labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and hauling materials.
- Load and unload trucks and materials from delivery vehicles.
- Operate light construction equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks as directed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow written and verbal instructions regarding project timelines and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work night shifts (5:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or industrial labor is preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a construction environment.
