Responsibilities
- Perform emergency and routine plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations on residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues and provide effective, long-term solutions.
- Respond promptly to night shift emergency calls and service requests.
- Ensure all work complies with local San Francisco building codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding job status and pricing.
- Clean up work areas thoroughly after every job to maintain a professional environment.
Qualifications
- Journeyman or Master Plumber license required (valid in California).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
