Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials across job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and masons) with daily operations.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment, ensuring proper usage and safety.
- Unload and organize materials from delivery trucks and maintain a clean, debris-free workspace.
- Follow all site safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and job site instructions.
- Perform minor site cleanup and maintenance duties as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Experience with construction tools is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
