Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites safely.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards (OSHA compliance).
- Assisting Trades: Support skilled workers including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with various tasks.
- Equipment Setup: Set up temporary fencing, signage, and barricades.
- Demolition: Assist in light demolition and debris removal as needed.
- Record Keeping: Accurately log hours and daily activities.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Previous construction or labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- Availability: Must be available to work 3rd shift (Night Shift).
- Tools: Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus.
- Communication: Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
