Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including digging, hauling, and cleaning.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine site maintenance and cleanup to ensure a safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow workers.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM) on a regular basis.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
