Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, including digging, hauling, and loading materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under the guidance of supervisors.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Perform routine cleanup and maintenance of the construction site.
- Collaborate with the crew to ensure projects meet quality standards and timelines.
- Transport materials and tools to and from the work area as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to the Detroit site.
