Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on construction sites, including digging, loading, and unloading materials.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks such as framing, drywall hanging, or concrete pouring.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans when necessary.
- Transport materials to and from the work area as directed by the Site Supervisor.
- Respond quickly to changing project needs and assist with cleanup as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the workday.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as project demands.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Experience in general construction or landscaping is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
