Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily site activities.
- Operate and maintain basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and trailers.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to blueprints or supervisor instructions.
- Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for 10-hour shifts.
- Valid Driver's License is required for site access.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for dedicated candidates.
