Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems.
- Mentor apprentices and junior electricians on best practices.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently.
- Communicate project updates to the project manager and clients.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in Maryland.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial/residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- OSHA 10/30 Certification preferred.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments.
