- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Safely operate basic hand tools and light machinery under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized job site conditions
- Load/un construction materials and equipment as directed by site supervisors
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily project deadlines
Qualifications
