Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal and securing the work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints or job specifications when directed.
- Help prepare surfaces for painting, tiling, or other finishing work.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience with construction labor or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
- Familiarity with power tools and basic construction terminology is advantageous.
