Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for use on-site.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools with precision and care.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials according to blueprints and project specifications.
- Perform site cleanup and waste removal at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols is preferred but not required.
