Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks and project requirements.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, grading, and debris removal.
- Follow blueprints and instructions provided by site supervisors.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to work Night Shift (e.g., 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety protocols.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
