Responsibilities
- Perform emergency and scheduled plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Ensure all work complies with local Indianapolis building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical schematics, and CAD drawings.
- Maintain accurate service records, inventory of parts, and equipment.
- Assist in mentoring junior technicians and apprentices.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license in the State of Indiana.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, soldering, threading, and pressure testing.
- Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Valid Tool Belt Certification (preferred but not required).
