Responsibilities
- Perform basic and advanced plumbing repairs including leak detection, pipe repair, and fixture installation under supervision.
- Assist senior plumbers with complex installations, maintenance, and emergency service calls in residential and commercial settings.
- Utilize diagnostic tools to identify plumbing issues accurately and provide solutions to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site in compliance with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions, providing estimates, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Follow safety protocols strictly to ensure the safety of yourself, your team, and the property owners.
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary – we provide on-the-job training and mentorship for all new hires.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record are required.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment, work in tight spaces, and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read basic instructions.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new technical skills quickly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
