Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various tasks including framing, drywall, concrete pouring, and site cleanup.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks, ensuring proper storage and organization on the job site.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand project requirements.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, carrying, and bending for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for 8+ hours.
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Basic understanding of construction safety procedures and willingness to wear PPE at all times.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
