Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist in various construction tasks including concrete pouring, framing, and general cleanup.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and correctly under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Follow all safety protocols and site-specific instructions from supervisors.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required: We welcome entry-level applicants eager to learn the trade.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM).
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for 8-10 hours a day.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus but not mandatory.
