Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywall, and flooring.
- Load, unload, and organize building materials, tools, and equipment on the job site.
- Perform basic site preparation, including cleaning, digging, and hauling.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow all project instructions and safety protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push materials weighing up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
