Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, carpenters, ironworkers) with various on-site tasks as directed.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Follow project blueprints, diagrams, and verbal instructions from supervisors.
- Perform minor excavation, digging, and site preparation duties as needed.
- Monitor equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
