Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including water heaters, pipes, and drainage lines.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan project execution.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure code compliance and identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Install new plumbing fixtures and systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain technical issues and provide accurate quotes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Journeyman Plumber License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
