Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and HVAC) with daily tasks and project setups.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal, trash hauling, and maintaining a safe work area.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under direct supervision.
- Follow blueprints, safety regulations, and site-specific protocols strictly.
- Ensure all tools and machinery are inspected and maintained in good working condition.
Qualifications
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training available.
