Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and transportation of materials to and from the job site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under the supervision of a foreman.
- Perform general cleanup and site maintenance duties to ensure a safe working environment.
- Help skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as needed.
- Follow all company safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Read and interpret basic instructions, safety signs, and work orders.
- Transport debris and waste materials from the site to disposal areas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License or state ID.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to strict safety guidelines.
- Basic communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
