Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and equipment operation
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and waste management
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Maintain safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Follow verbal instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Document daily progress and report hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (night shift benefits)
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
- Basic communication skills in English
- No prior construction experience necessary
