Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and waste disposal.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Transport materials to and from work sites as directed.
- Help with concrete pouring, framing, or painting as needed.
Qualifications
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (typically 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.
- Must have a valid photo ID and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions.
