Responsibilities
- Assist with various construction tasks, including site preparation, cleanup, and material handling.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Operate basic construction equipment (e.g., forklifts, jackhammers) under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure worksite.
- Communicate effectively with crew members and site supervisors.
- Perform general labor duties as assigned by the site foreman.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Willingness to perform physical labor in all weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety is preferred but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is a plus.
