Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting materials efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site construction duties.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under strict supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Load and unload trucks and materials during night shift hours.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Willingness to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counting.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- No prior construction experience required.
- Valid ID and authorization to work in the United States.
