Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks and duties.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and ensuring a safe work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site throughout the shift.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure personal and team safety.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior construction experience is required; we train the right candidates.
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedules (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Must possess the physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
