Responsibilities
- System Installation & Repair: Perform high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Leak Detection: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to identify and repair hidden leaks and water damage.
- Blueprints & Layouts: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan project layouts.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work strictly adheres to San Francisco building codes and safety regulations.
- Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues clearly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid License: Must possess a current and valid California Journeyman Plumber License.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of verifiable plumbing experience in the commercial/residential sector.
- Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to use and maintain a full set of professional plumbing tools.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs) and work in tight, confined spaces.
- Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license required for job site travel.
